Discover the Brest campus

Just 10 minutes from downtown Brest and 20 minutes from the nearest beaches, the Brest campus covers 7 hectares and offers all the facilities you need to make the most of your student years: student accommodation, a gym and sports hall, classrooms and lecture theaters, a restaurant, and research laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art experimental facilities.

On campus, you will find:

Living spaces

The student residence is an integral part of the campus. It has around 200 furnished rooms and studios. Student tenants can reach the classrooms in just 3 minutes!

The campus also has a student center: “le Foy'z”, which is run by the students, is open at various times during the day and also hosts numerous themed evenings. Close by, students have access to the student union, which has spaces for their clubs and associations, including the theater club, the comic book/games club, the music club, and more.

The media library offers an ideal environment for studying and relaxing. In addition to numerous scientific journals and books, magazines, comics, and DVDs are available in a relaxation area equipped with armchairs and beanbags for comfortable seating.

An incubator welcomes project leaders working on a variety of topics, many of which are related to the maritime sector.

A large sports complex

With a sports hall, a gymnasium, an athletics track, a soccer and rugby field, a tennis court, and a weight room, the campus is perfectly equipped for team and individual sports.

Facilities dedicated to training and research

In addition to traditional lecture halls and classrooms, a project space equipped with 3D printers, machine tools, and more allows students to build prototypes.

Many of the experimental testing resources used by research laboratories are also used in teaching: hydrographic boats, robots, test tanks, multi-scale measuring machines, and more.
