Welcome to the student residence

The ENSTA Paris-Saclay campus offers its students a residence consisting of five three-story buildings located right next to the main builiding, in a quiet, tree-lined setting.

Guaranteed housing for all first-year students!

Designed identically, these buildings house 425 studio apartments and 5 apartments available to first-year students (with any remaining units allocated to second-year students).

Each building in the residence has a unique character represented by an activity room:

  • Building E: a room dedicated to reading
  • Building N: a room for artistic activities (painting, sculpture, etc.)
  • Building S: a movie theater (a very large screen was installed there thanks to a call for projects from the Institut Polytechnique de Paris)
  • Building T: a games room (board games, video games, etc.)
  • Building A: a study room

Residents have access to all the rooms, and the rule is co-ed so that students can interact regardless of their class year or background. This is why housing will be assigned randomly, except for the building “respos.”

Each building in the residence features:

  • a laundry room equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Washing costs €3 and drying is free
  • a bike storage room
  • a trash room equipped for recycling

Outside, there are designated areas equipped with grills, benches, and bike racks, as well as 200 parking spaces located in the immediate vicinity of the buildings.
