How to get to the Paris-Saclay campus?

Just 20 kilometers from Paris, ENSTA's Paris-Saclay campus is located in the town of Palaiseau in Essonne (91).

Getting there by public transportation

ENSTA is located at the “ENSTA - Joncherettes” bus stop. The “ENSTA - Joncherettes” stop is served by bus 4606.

Buses are accessible from the “Massy-Palaiseau” station (RER B, RER C, and TGV). View bus access at the Massy-Palaiseau station and check bus schedules (enter 4606).

You can also get off at the “Lozère” station (RER B) and climb the 300 or so steps to the campus (20-minute walk).

Coming by car

  • From the Porte d'Italie and Porte d'Orléans via the A6
  • Coming from Paris via the A6-A10, take the Nantes-Bordeaux direction, then the Cité Scientifique direction (left lane – N444) and then Saclay. Continue on the D36 and turn left at the École Polytechnique sign. Continue along the road until you reach the ticket booths (mechanical barriers), then follow the signs to Boulevard des Maréchaux.
  • From the Pont de Sèvres via the N118
  • Coming from Paris via the N118 from the Pont de Sèvres towards (Chartres) Nantes-Bordeaux (or having joined it at Petit Clamart), take exit number 8: Toussus le Noble / Saclay / Gif-sur-Yvette. At the roundabout, turn right onto the D36 towards Vauhallan / Polytechnique / Palaiseau. Continue on the D36, then turn right at the École Polytechnique sign. Continue along the road until you reach the ticket booths, then follow the signs to Boulevard des Maréchaux.
  • From the N118
  • Coming from the N118, heading towards Province-Paris, take exit 9 “Centre universitaire – Grandes Écoles,” follow the D128 Bd Thomas Gobert to Bd des Maréchaux. Turn right onto Bd des Maréchaux.

Parking

  • Visitor parking is available opposite the school building.

The ENSTA Paris-Saclay campus has been awarded the Gold level Pro-Vélo employer label, demonstrating our commitment to promoting cycling.

You can come by bike and park it in one of the racks provided in front of the main entrance.

There is also a freely accessible bike maintenance and inflation station on campus. Finally, changing rooms are also available.
