Goals Achieved for TAEP

Institute, Company, Student Life

Having successfully led the first student association to merge the pre-existing structures of the two campuses, the members of the ENSTA Junior-Entreprise, whose term has just ended, can be satisfied with the work they have accomplished.

This is a very objective assessment, since the National Confederation of Junior-Entreprises itself has just awarded TAEP a “satisfactory” rating—the highest possible rating in the annual Junior-Entreprises audit and consulting process. TAEP also remains in the L30, the top 30 Junior-Entreprises in France.

Among the strengths highlighted in the audit report is the new strategy implemented, which has led to increased efficiency.

According to Nicolas Hadjiefstathiou, outgoing president of TAEP, “These results reflect the effectiveness and commitment of the association’s board members on both campuses, at a time when we had to lay the groundwork for the merger of the pre-existing Junior Enterprises, each with different histories and methodologies.” Thanks to this seamlessly managed merger, TAEP is now able to offer a range of services combining extensive expertise with new areas of know-how, ensuring strong growth potential. »

Another notable benefit of the merger is the continuation of the momentum established with NAVYS, an engineering consulting firm that supports its clients in the operational management of major industrial projects, particularly in the naval and energy sectors.

Despite the many challenges faced this year, business development has not been left behind, asrevenue grew by more than 8%. The sharp increase in average order value, in turn, reflects the move toward higher-end services and growing client confidence.

These factors make Nicolas Hadjiefstathiou particularly confident about TAEP’s future as he hands the reins over to Erell Benech, the association’s new president.

“Under our leadership, the new two-campus structure has proven its strength and is now poised to reach new heights in terms of revenue—and perhaps even join the L6, the top six Junior Enterprises, as early as next year.”
