Take part in the training

ENSTA ensures that the third-year courses and Specializations are continuously reviewed to ensure they are well suited to the various engineering profiles sought by employers.

The strong link between the program and the business world is ensured, on the one hand, by the participation of industry representatives in governance bodies and, on the other hand, by ensuring that students are offered numerous opportunities to gain practical experience and interact with the industrial world as part of the educational program.

We need you, our corporate partners, to support and mentor our students throughout their training in several ways:

  • Mentor team projects. This type of involvement allows you to raise awareness of your areas of expertise and gives you the opportunity to get to know the students better.
  • Take on interns or work-study students and raise your profile with the possibility of pre-recruitment.
  • Get involved in our teaching on an individual basis. Take on a teaching role as a temporary lecturer.
  • Develop skills-based sponsorship: make your employees available for our teaching programs as part of a partnership. These company-coordinated initiatives offer the opportunity to share the teaching load among several employees and ensure brand visibility among our student and teaching communities.
