Les Presses de l'Ensta

Since the 1970s, ENSTA Press has published books in both French and English, primarily in the fields of science and engineering.

Through its publications, ENSTA Press pursues three main objectives:

  • Contribute to the dissemination of scientific and technical knowledge related to the School’s research and teaching activities.
  • Showcase the excellence of the academic programs offered by ENSTA.
  • Make high-level scientific works accessible to a broad audience.

Publication Series

Published works are organized into three distinct series:

  • Les Cours : textbooks, lecture notes, and exercise books.
  • La Recherche : doctoral theses, habilitation theses, reports, and other outstanding student research projects.
  • Les Actes : award-winning short stories from the annual competition organized by Institut Polytechnique de Paris, as well as conference and symposium proceedings.

Each publication is carefully selected by an editorial board composed of ENSTA faculty members and researchers. The board reviews submitted manuscripts to assess their quality and relevance prior to publication.
