Enrico, Enrico, an Italian exchange student between Universita degli studi di Torino and ENSTA
Why did you choose ENSTA?
I chose ENSTA for my Erasmus exchange mainly for two reasons: the school’s strong academic reputation and the unique opportunity to study in Paris, a city with an extraordinary cultural and intellectual heritage. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the high academic standards and the international environment offered by ENSTA.
What are the benefits of studying at ENSTA?
From an academic standpoint, studying at ENSTA allowed me to benefit from a very high standard of instruction and a high level of academic rigor. The quality of the courses and the interactions with professors and fellow students were extremely stimulating. In particular, being surrounded by international students helped me broaden my horizons, both academically and personally, and gave me the opportunity to discover new cultures and different ways of thinking.
Another very important aspect of my experience was access to internships and career opportunities promoted by ENSTA. Thanks to this, I was able to get a clearer idea of potential career paths and better understand which fields might align with my interests and skills.
Do you live in student housing? What do you like about the campus?
I didn’t live on campus. However, several of my classmates did, and through them, I could clearly see that the campus offers an excellent environment for student life. It’s an ideal place for socializing, collaboration, and daily interactions among students, all while living right next to ENSTA.
What advice would you give to a student from your home country, Italy, who is considering coming to ENSTA?
My advice to Italian students, and especially those from UniTo who are considering coming to ENSTA, is to fully seize this opportunity. Even spending just a few months here can open many doors for you, enrich you both academically and personally, and help you thrive far beyond your studies.
What do you like most about France?
What I appreciate most about France is the balance between academic excellence, culture, and quality of life. My experience at ENSTA has been extremely positive, and I highly recommend it to future exchange students.
