Paris-Saclay Student Council

The Paris-Saclay Campus Student Union is an association run by 24 students whose role is to foster a close relationship between students and the administration, and to organize and enhance student life at the school, within a framework of transparency and inclusion:

• A strong commitment to the environment through responsible student activities
• Event management for corporate partners (class sponsors, after-work events, presentation lectures, etc.) and alumni (themed dinners, interviews, roundtables, etc.)
• Management of student club activities, the annual club budget, and partnerships
• Management of academic affairs and relations with the administration
• Organization of the orientation weekend and special events
• Internal and external communication

The Student Union organizes a wide variety of events and activities throughout the year. In particular, these two highlights:

• The WEI (orientation weekend): A 4-day event in September during orientation week, it is an intense and very friendly time that brings together the School’s incoming classes
• Campaigns: Over 10 days, the candidate slates for the three executive boards present a program of festive, artistic, athletic, and culinary activities
