Chimie et procédés

L’activité de l’Unité de Chimie et Procédés (UCP) s’articule autour de deux grands thèmes que sont le génie des procédés et la synthèse organique et réactivité.

Le groupe Génie des Procédés (GDP) mène des activités de recherche et de formation dans les domaines de la thermodynamique, de la thermochimie, de la combustion et de la thermophysique. Ces travaux, à la fois expérimentaux et théoriques, ont des applications dans des secteurs tels que l’énergie, les transports, l’environnement, le spatial et la sécurité des procédés.

Le groupe Synthèse Organique et Réactive (SOR) est intégré à l’Unité Chimie et Procédés. Cette intégration favorise les collaborations interdisciplinaires, permettant au groupe SOR de bénéficier d’une synergie avec d’autres domaines de la chimie et du génie des procédés. Ce groupe est par ailleurs une entité de l’UMR LSO (Laboratoire de Synthèse Organique), un laboratoire de l’ENSTA et de l’École polytechnique.
