L’ENSTA propose une large gamme de postes à pourvoir, accessibles par mutation, détachement ou contrat. Ces postes couvrent à la fois des fonctions de soutien (ressources humaines, administration, finances, informatique, logistique...) et des missions plus spécialisées (communication, développement et relations internationales, gestion des enseignements...). Ils s’exercent en interaction avec une grande diversité d’interlocuteurs : personnels, étudiants, directions, intervenants extérieurs, employeurs, partenaires, tutelle, etc.

Travailler à l’ENSTA sur son campus de Paris-Saclay à Palaiseau (91) ou son campus de Brest (29), c’est l’occasion d’enrichir son parcours professionnel en participant au fonctionnement d’une grande école d’ingénieurs et à sa dynamique d’innovation. Pour les personnels civils du ministère des Armées, l’intégration peut se faire par voie de mutation, tout en conservant son statut ministériel.
