L’ENSTA veille à une vérification continue de la bonne adéquation des enseignements et parcours de spécialisations de troisième année avec les différents profils d’ingénieurs recherchés par les employeurs.

Le fort lien de la formation avec le monde de l’entreprise est assuré d’une part par la participation de représentants industriel aux instances de gouvernance, d’autre part en veillant à offrir aux élèves de nombreuses occasions de mise en situation et partage avec le monde industriel dans le projet pédagogique.

Nous avons besoin de vous, partenaires entreprises, à plusieurs niveaux pour nous accompagner et encadrer nos élèves tout au long de leur formation :

  • Encadrez des projets d'équipe. Cette forme d'intervention vous permet de donner de la visibilité à vos sujets d'intervention et sera l'occasion de mieux connaître les élèves.
  • Accueillez des stagiaires - ou des alternants - gagnez en visibilité avec la possibilité d'un pré-recrutement.
  • Intervenez dans nos enseignements à titre individuel. Prenez en charge un enseignement en qualité de vacataire.
  • Développez un mécénat de compétences : mettez vos collaborateurs à disposition de nos enseignements dans le cadre d'un partenariat. Ces interventions coordonnées par l'entreprise offrent la possibilité de partager la charge d'enseignement entre plusieurs collaborateurs et vous assurent une visibilité de marque auprès de nos communautés étudiante et enseignante.
