BLEU From 1979 to 1992: research engineer at CNET,National Research Center of France Telecom (Bagneux):
basic and applied research in semiconductor physics and micro-opto-electronic devices; study of defects and deep levels in III-V semiconductors. Research on novel quantum devices based on semiconductor superlattices for ultra-high frequency oscillators and opto-microwave conversion.
