COMPUTATIONAL CHEMISTRY - PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY

Warning and apologies ( update March 2007 ) : All those pages are quite old and are in need of a serious update...
To summarize briefly, my main research contribution in this area are :
The Three-Attractor Water Model ( to explain the liquid water properties )
The Itinerant Radical Model ( to explain hydrated and solvated electron properties )

These models were first proposed in 1992, in my doctoral dissertation. Although less active than in the past, because I have been busy with policy making concerning Open Access to scientific information, at the United Nations, UNESCO and other international organizations, my current research, in this domain, are focused in understanding why current ab initio methods are ( according to me ) predicting incorrect results concerning intermolecular interactions in liquid water.
From friends active in physical chemistry, I have been made aware that a few scientists are experiencing difficulties in quoting and acknowledging my works. I will try to remedy this situation in the next few months.
